All Australian veterans leaving Defence or already transitioned can participate. Our programs are tailored to meet individual needs at any stage of transition.
We offer three core programs:
6-Week Transition Mentorship
Immersive One-Day Workshop
Personalized 1:1 Mentoring
Participation is able to be self funded by the veteran.
Alternatively there are existing support pathways available via an eligibility assessment.

The 6-week program is a structured, step-by-step transition journey that helps you shift from military service to civilian success by strengthening your mindset, clarifying your purpose, translating your skills into employable strengths, and building a clear action plan for your next chapter. Over six weeks, you’ll develop confidence, career direction, resilience, and practical tools—so you leave not just prepared for a job, but equipped to build a meaningful and successful life beyond the Army.
The program is a 6 week online learning as well as bi-weekly mentoring calls with our veteran life coaches!
Receiving personalised support for achieving goals whether that is career planning, administrative challenges, mental resilience, and rebuilding confidence; it is tailored to your unique situation consider 1:1 mentoring, your battle buddy.
March Out is open to all current and former service members, regardless of branch or rank. Whether you’ve just transitioned out or have been a civilian for years, we’re here to help you find clarity, purpose, and community.
After joining, you’ll be matched with a veteran mentor who understands your challenges and goals. Together, you’ll work through personalised guidance covering career transition, mental fitness, and building a fulfilling civilian life.
